The Philippine-Australian Association of the ACT and the Monaro Region Inc. (PAA) What is PAA? PAA stands for the Philippine-Australian Association of the ACT and the Monaro Region. It is a Canberra based non-profit association promoting the interests of the Philippine-Australian community in Canberra and the surrounding region. Mission Statement To foster and develop friendship, to give assistance where possible and to provide information and services for the benefit of the Philippine-Australian community. The Executive Committee The day to day running of the association is in the hands of an Executive committee, which organises and participates in a range of social activities throughout the year. In 2004, the Executive Committee has launched a number of planning and communications initiatives designed to benefit members and to further the goals of the association.
